Joseph Dixon Clark,Snr. (1849 - 1944)

A painter in oils of landscapes with cattle and rural activities, Dixon Clark lived and worked in Blaydon and Whickham, Durham, near Newcastle, for several years, contributing 5 of his works to the Royal Academy between 1890 and 1902.
