William Thomas Nichols Boyce (1857-1911)
Fishing smack off Great Yarmouth

Part of a pair (see Heavy seas off Lowestof) the fleet registration number is not as clear as the companion painting but I believe it is YH for Great Yarmouth just down the coast from Lowestof. Oil paintings by Boyce are rare.

Oil on board    5 1/2" x 8 1/2"    Signed   (original frame).
