Arthur Chidley (1876-1941)

Arthur Chidley was a painter in watercolours who painted for the famous British porcelain factory of Royal Worcester. He was also a prolific illustrator whose work was published by many companies including RS Art Press Ltd who published many of his marine paintings as postcards. He was also well known for his regimental paintings which were also reproduced as postcards.
