Gabriel Perello (b.1933)
Gabriel Perello is a popular Spanish artist who has spent his artistic career in the Balearic Islands off the Spanish mainland. He is a multi disciplinary artist who taught art in Palma de Mallorca from 1977 and had his own School of Art from 2005. He held his first exhibition at the Gallery Bestard Pollensa in August 1952 and has had many exhibitions of his work across Spain and the islands. He has won numerous awards for his work and his paintings are in collections across the world. He sometimes uses the artistic pseudonym 'Gaito'.
